PAYMENT
1.How can I pay for my order?
We accept all of the following payment methods
2. Do you accept credit & debit card payments?
Yes.
3.Do you accept payments from overseas?
Yes. Anybody from outside Malaysia can purchase or make payment as long as they are using VISA and Mastercard credit or debit card.
4.What is Debit Card?
A card allowing the holder to transfer money electronically from their bank account when making a purchase. By default, the current ATM card that we use today is already a Debit Card.
5.How to know if my ATM card is a Debit Card?
If your ATM card is a Debit Card, it will have either the Visa or MasterCard logo displayed on your ATM card.
If your ATM card is not a Debit Card yet, simply contact your bank and request for a new ATM card that is also a Debit Card.
6.Can I cancel or change the details of my payment?
You are unable to cancel or change the details of your shipment after making payment as our system is designed to generate and process shipments efficiently and in a timely manner.
As such, please ensure you have made the correct selections before making payment.
7.How much will my order cost in my own local currency?
We will charge your payment card in Malaysian Ringgit and your bank will then convert the amount to your Local currency.
SHIPPING
1. When will my goods be ordered?
For ‘September 2016 PreOrder‘ ending 19th June 2016, all goods will be ordered on 20th June 2016.
2. How can I estimate how long my orders will take to arrive?
This is the estimated date for the item to arrive: (VIEW THe photo at the bottom of our page)
However, your orders can sometimes take a little longer due to these factors:
•Custom processing time
•postal delays
•bank processing time
•availability of item
•remote areas
•peak seasons
Note: Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
3. How do you determine the shipping weight of a product?
Shipping weight is determined by volumetric and actual weight of a product – whichever is greater.
4.What is volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight is the physical size of a package.
5.What happens to my packages if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
A delivery notice will be left at your door with your courier’s direct contact number. Call them immediately to schedule a re-delivery.
6.Is tracking number provided?
Yes, we will provide you a tracking number ONCe it arrives in malaysia.
7.How can I estimate how much is my shipping costs?
Shipping costs has been calculated in the final price.
note: For shipments outside malaysia, additional shipping costs will be added. however, if you order a huge amount of merchandise, we will ship the items directly to you from usa and the price will be the same as the malaysia's price.
8.How many countries do you shipped to?
At the moment, we only shipped to Malaysia, singapore, brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, laos and cambodia.
TAX N Duties
1. Will my goods be taxed?
All imported goods are subject to a country’s customs and duties. As limits and regulations vary with different countries,please check with the website of your country’s governing authority. Should you have duties
and taxes due, please pay them to the deliver agent when you receive your shipment.
2. Can you list my goods as gift so that It will be exempted from tax?
No. Please note that you are required to accurately declare the value of your purchases regardless whether you are buying it for yourself or as a gift. Under declaration or inaccurate submission of the value of an item can result in your package being impounded, heavy fines and/or criminal proceedings.

The size chart of the product is available at the bottom of the website.
2.Which item do you currently have in stock?
We don’t have any item in stock temporarily.
3.How can I check the status of my order?
send us a direct message on twitter or facebook. We will try our best to get back to you in 24 hours.
4.How can I ensure my items (luxury brands) is not counterfeit or from factory outlets?
We will provide the invoice (receipt) of your purchase as proof. also, all of the products sold on our website are purchased from official stores only.
5.I want to purchase a product but it’s not in your shop?
Direct message us on Twitter & we’ll add it to our shop.
6.Can you help me purchase merchandise by other celebrities?
Yes, we do accept special requests. Direct Message us on

INSURANCE
1.Is my packages insured?
At TaySwiftMY, we insure all packages against loss & damage*.
*insurance aren't covered for damaged fragile items.
note: once you receive your packages, please check that they are in satisfactory condition before signing for them. if damage occur, Take a photo as evidence and report it to your local courier service.

WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT CARD IN MALAYSIAN RINGGIT AND YOUR BANK WILL THEN CONVERT THE AMOUNT TO YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
